The aggressor intentionally carries out attacks on the energy facilities of Sumy region - RMA

This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov, on Facebook.

"The enemy is intentionally attacking energy facilities in the Sumy region. This past weekend, due to Russian strikes approximately 3,700 subscribers were left without power in the Vorozhbyanska and Bilopilska communities. Energy workers promptly restored electricity supply," said Hryhorov.

And this morning, a Russian UAV hit a vehicle belonging to "Sumyoblenergo" near Sumy. A team of energy workers was dispatched to clear aerial line routes.

A 44-year-old employee of "Sumyoblenergo" was killed. He had worked as an energy specialist for 22 years and received recognition from the Ministry of Energy last year.
