The number of "Reserve+" users has exceeded 4 million, — Ministry of Defence

About 4 million Ukrainians are already using the mobile application of the Ministry of Defence «Reserve+».

This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defence for Digitalization, Kateryna Chornohorenko, during the DOU Day conference.

The application was officially launched in May 2024 to implement the provisions of the updated mobilization law. According to Chornohorenko, over the course of a year, more than 70% of military service members updated their records specifically through «Reserve+».

«We are seeing a high demand for digital services. 4 million registered users is a result of the trust and convenience offered by the application,» she noted.

In addition to the basic function of updating records, «Reserve+» offers additional services, including a recruitment platform that helps find vacancies in the Armed Forces. Since the launch of this service, over 100,000 applications for military service have been submitted.

Also, since March 2025, the application has featured an electronic referral function for the military medical commission (MMC). In just over two months, Ukrainians have created over 200,000 such referrals.

Chornohorenko emphasized that «Reserve+» is based on the «Oberih» registry, which processes over 1 million requests daily and interacts with 14 state information systems.
