The statement was published following conflicts between civilians and the recruiting centers in Cherkasy and Kremenchuk.

"Recently, there has been a significant increase in the number of videos on the Internet and social networks capturing deliberate obstruction of the activities of the military personnel of the recruiting centers, with some citizens openly encouraging others to engage in such actions. It is important to know that any intentional obstruction of the military personnel’s duties, including threats, psychological pressure, use of physical force, or damage to vehicles, is a serious offense," the statement says.
