Russia launched missile strikes on an enterprise near Kharkiv: buildings and vehicles were damaged

On the evening of Thursday, May 29, the Russian army launched a double missile strike on an enterprise in the suburbs of Kharkiv.

This was reported with a reference to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the investigation, on May 29, around 18:30, the Russian Armed Forces launched a missile strike near Kharkiv. The impact was recorded in the territory of a civilian enterprise in the Chuhuiv district.

Buildings and vehicles were damaged there. According to preliminary data, the Russian army used two "X-35" missiles.

"Prosecutors, in cooperation with police investigators, are conducting comprehensive procedural actions to properly document and investigate war crimes committed by servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces," the report states.

Under the procedural guidance of the Chuhuiv District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation has been launched on the fact of committing a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
