The Command of the Ground Forces begins to publicly report on the work of the TRC
The Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers are undergoing a "reset." The Command of the Ukrainian Ground Forces (UGF) will begin publicly reporting to the public about the work of the recruitment centers starting in May.
"Together with the Operational Commands North, South, West, and East, we will systematize and publicize the results of inspections. The public will be informed about violations, investigations, and the punishment of anyone who failed to fulfill their duties or broke the law. We understand that only open reporting, transparency, and truth can counter the vast resources of Russian propaganda, on which the enemy spares no money or effort," the statement reads.
According to the Ground Forces, in May, 89% of all incidents (233 cases) related to the recruitment centers were found to be unsubstantiated—these were fakes, exaggerations, information manipulations, or deliberate disinformation within the scope of enemy information operations.
Only 11% (30 incidents) had real grounds and were investigated with decisions made, including:
- 4 individuals were suspended from their duties;
- 2 individuals were dismissed from their positions;
- 11 were held accountable with disciplinary actions;
- 27 service investigations are ongoing.
It is noted that multiple investigations may be conducted for certain incidents.

"The Command of the Ground Forces demands that its subordinates strictly adhere to the laws of Ukraine and will fully support ensuring that every violator receives fair punishment. At the same time, we urge citizens and the media to verify information sources to avoid becoming part of Russia’s campaign to discredit the mobilization process in Ukraine," the UGF reported.
