"The police received information that an explosion occurred on one of the streets in the city of Skvyra. Patrol police officers and an investigative team promptly arrived at the scene," the report states.

According to the investigation, a grenade likely exploded in the city. As a result of the explosion, three individuals were hospitalized with physical injuries. The perpetrator was detained at the scene.

"Investigative actions are being conducted, all circumstances of the incident are being established, after which a legal qualification will be provided," added the police.
