The young men have organized an "office" to deceive people: they extort money by promising non-existent winnings or "investments". And this is not the first time: this "underground business" has already attracted the attention of journalists.

The "office workers" move from basement to basement, changing locations like nomads. And the head of the condominium association — seems to notice nothing.

This time it’s especially cynical: above, children are being raised — the future of the country,
and below, those who not so long ago were attending kindergartens themselves,
are now creating schemes to swindle money from trusting Ukrainians.
