In Kyiv, in the Obolon district, a woman was killed as a result of a Russian shelling

In the Obolonskyi district of Kyiv, a 72-year-old local resident died as a result of an enemy attack on June 10. The woman’s body was found in a destroyed house.

This was reported by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration on his Telegram channel. Additionally, there are currently reports of four injured individuals.

"Today’s attack on Kyiv took the life of a woman in the Obolonskyi district. My deepest condolences to the family and close ones of the deceased. This is a heavy and painful loss. Once again, Russian strikes hit not military targets but the lives of ordinary people. This once again shows the true nature of what we are dealing with," the statement read.

As clarified by the press service of the Kyiv police, as a result of the nighttime enemy attack in the Obolonskyi district, a 72-year-old local resident was killed. Law enforcement officers discovered her body in a destroyed house on the premises of a private household.

"A task force is currently working at the scene to document another crime by the aggressor country against the peaceful population of Ukraine," added the press service.
