In Kharkiv, forced mobilization using a stun gun has been reported, — social media

A wave of forcible detentions of men for mobilization continues in Kharkiv.

One incident occurred on June 16 on Zubenko Street: near a shopping center, employees of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center in black uniforms and balaclavas used physical force and, presumably, a stun gun to detain citizens.

In one of the videos circulating on social media, the distinctive sound of a stun gun striking can be clearly heard. The footage shows several men forcibly "packaging" citizens into a minibus.
