Syrskyi does not rule out a repeated offensive from Belarus under the guise of the "Zapad-2025" exercises

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that the possibility of a new offensive from Belarus cannot be ruled out.

Syrskyi reported this during a conversation with journalists.

He did not rule out that this could happen after the joint exercises of the Russian and Belarusian armies scheduled for September, called "Zapad (West)-2025".

Syrskyi reminded that a similar scenario already occurred in February 2022, when after the completion of joint exercises, Russian troops remained in Belarus and used its territory for a large-scale invasion.
