The SAPO plans to request a bail of 120 million hryvnias for Chernyshov without arrest

The prosecution does not demand the arrest of Deputy Prime Minister Chernyshov in the corruption case, but only suggests setting bail at 120 million hryvnias, a representative of the prosecution stated in court.

Let us recall that the court postponed today’s hearing at Chernyshov’s own request, so he could attend the Cabinet meeting.

It is also worth noting that the damage to the state in his case is estimated by NABU at one billion hryvnias.
