Sybiha called for increased sanctions against Russia: "Kyiv experienced a terrible night"

This is reported on the Twitter account of the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha.

"A massive Russian attack last night. Kyiv experienced an especially horrific night with brutal strikes from swarms of drones and missiles, including ballistic missiles," Sybiha noted.

According to him, as a result of the night shelling in Kyiv, there are:

• damaged residential buildings;
• casualties among the civilian population.

He added that the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin rejects any peace efforts and diplomacy in favor of terror and war crimes.

"I urge partners to urgently adopt the US Senate bill and the 18th package of EU sanctions. Do not just remain observers as Russia terrorizes people in Ukraine. Act now to stop the financing of the Russian war machine," Sybiha said.
