In Chernivtsi, as a result of a Russian attack, two people were killed, and there are injured individuals

This was reported by the head of the regional state administration, Ruslan Zaparnyuk, on Telegram.

According to him, at dawn, the Russians attacked Bukovina with four Shahed-type UAVs and one missile.

Due to falling debris in Chernivtsi, a 26-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man were killed.

Four more people were severely injured. One woman is in very critical condition.

Ten people received minor injuries. They received medical assistance on-site, Zaparnyuk said.

Later, Zaparnyuk stated that the number of deaths due to the Russian attack had increased to four. According to him, "two severely injured persons just died in the hospital — a woman about 45 years old and a man about 65 years old."

At 8:40, the head of the RSA clarified that two people had died.

"Update! Doctors are still fighting for the lives of all the severely injured! Current information as of 8:40 — 2 deaths!" noted the head of the RSA.

In Chernivtsi, several residential buildings, shops, administrative buildings, and cars were damaged.

In the territory of the Storozhynets community, a residential building and a car were damaged due to a Russian UAV strike. There were no casualties or injuries.

All relevant services are working on the spot.

The head of the RSA urged people not to approach these locations because it could be dangerous.

He also addressed the residents of Bukovina: "In case of an air raid warning — immediately head to the nearest shelter."
