Russian shelling of Hulyaipole: couple injured

On the night of July 15, Russian troops carried out artillery shelling of the city of Hulyaipole in the Zaporizhzhya region. As a result of a hit on a private house, two civilians were injured — a 60-year-old woman and her 66-year-old husband.

This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.

The shelling occurred around 2 AM. During the night, there was also movement of "Shahed" type strike drones over the region. The operation of the Ukrainian air defense was accompanied by explosions, which were reported by local residents.

At 6:22, Fedorov reported fires in Zaporizhzhya and the Zaporizhzhya district caused by the nightly drone attack. A hangar and an administrative building of one of the infrastructure objects were damaged by the blast wave and debris. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
