Zelenskyy threatened to destroy Russian logistics, stating that "Putin has lost control due to drones"

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is "obsessed with the topic of ’Shaheds’." That is why Russia must be left without logistics.

Zelenskyy announced this during his evening address.

The attack against Kyiv was particularly fierce, as the head of state noted. A significant number of Russian "Shaheds" and missiles were successfully shot down.

"Each such wave of Russian strikes reminds us of two things. Air defense: we need more systems, more coverage of our country with protection. Also, our long-range strikes on Russia: if Putin is so obsessed with the topic of ’Shaheds’ and terror, they must be left without logistics," Zelenskyy emphasized.

He stressed that everyone working to protect lives and limit Russia’s military potential is working towards achieving peace.

Zelenskyy expressed gratitude to all international partners who are advancing new, strong sanctions against the Russian Federation, including secondary sanctions. Zelenskyy pointed out that despite Russia’s display of force, the sanctions truly work, and Russia must cease its aggression.

"Russia must end this war, which it started itself. No one else, besides Russia, needs this war. Peace will definitely come. I thank everyone who stands with Ukraine! I thank our warriors!" added the president.
