Prime Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko held a meeting with the ambassadors of the G7 countries and presented President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s initiative regarding the introduction of a bill to parliament that envisages the reform of the law enforcement and anti-corruption systems.

This was reported by Prime Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko.

According to her, the government is committed to zero tolerance for corruption, which will be enshrined in the new program of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers.

«Today, the President of Ukraine decided to propose a new bill that will not only eliminate all existing discrepancies but also strengthen the independence of the anti-corruption infrastructure», the statement noted.

As Svyrydenko emphasized, it is particularly important that these changes will make any interference in the activities of law enforcement agencies, including NABU and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, impossible by hostile forces.
