Kyiv City Council deputy Lyudmyla Kovalevska has been notified of suspicion of fraud involving communal property

Kyiv City Council deputy from the "European Solidarity" party, Lyudmyla Kovalevska, has been charged with fraud, law enforcement reports.

According to the investigation, her charitable foundation underpaid the city budget by at least 300,000 hryvnias during the privatization of a municipal property. As a result, the community of Kyiv suffered losses.

Investigative actions are currently underway, and the issue of selecting a preventive measure is being resolved.
