Such an opinion was expressed by Denys Yaroslavskyi, the commander of a reconnaissance unit of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Yaroslavskyi believes that the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRCs) should be subordinated to the heads of military administrations. And this would be the first step towards reform. Completely removing TRCs from the streets will not solve the problem, he believes. They are fulfilling the plan as best they can, and the issue needs to be addressed comprehensively, Yaroslavskyi adds.
