In Kherson, two women were killed as a result of shelling by Russia

In Kherson, due to the constant terror by Russian invaders, two women have died. One was a young resident of the regional center, and the other was a resident of the neighboring settlement of Chervonyi Mayak.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin. Kherson residents shared information about the girl who was killed in the regional center.

"The heart of a 25-year-old Kherson resident, who suffered due to a Russian shelling of the hospital around 11:30, stopped in the hospital," Prokudin reported on the evening of August 28. He noted that doctors fought for the injured woman’s life until the end, but the injuries turned out to be too severe.

Also, on that day, a severely wounded resident of Chervonyi Mayak settlement, who was injured in a Russian drone attack the previous day, died in the hospital.

"The doctors fought for the life of the 59-year-old woman until the end. However, the injuries were too severe," stated the head of the region.

In the photos is the same girl who died as a result of the criminal shelling of the Kherson hospital by the invaders. Svitlana suffered severe spinal and airway injuries during the first strike on the institution’s territory.

The girl, along with her friend, often fed animals in the coastal zones of the city. These areas are now desolate due to the constant attacks by the occupants from the right bank.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, Ukrainian defenders are doing everything possible to protect the residents of Kherson from enemy artillery and drones, which occupy the city round-the-clock.

"This is a comprehensive effort that includes providing the military with electronic warfare equipment and other necessary means for counteraction. However, it must be understood that there is no 100% guarantee of protection. This is a technological war. And we continue to work to stay a few steps ahead of the enemy," he says.
