The Armed Forces of Ukraine refute Russia’s claims of controlling half of Kupyansk.

The commander of the 429th Separate Achilles UAV Regiment, Yuriy Fedorenko, claims that it was Russians disguised in civilian clothing who entered the city to take a photograph with the flag.

Meanwhile, he notes that these Russian military personnel are "surrounded on the northwestern outskirts," and the situation is "completely under control."
