In Kharkiv, a car crashed into a concrete pole: the driver died, and three passengers were injured

A fatal traffic accident occurred in the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv yesterday, and a criminal case has been opened.

This was reported by the police of Kharkiv region.

The accident happened around 22:50 on Tyurinska Street.

The driver of a Renault car lost control, veered off the roadway, and crashed into a concrete pole.

As a result of the collision, the 36-year-old driver died, and passengers aged 19, 23, and 28 were taken to a medical facility with injuries of varying severity.

The investigator opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of road safety rules or vehicle operation by persons driving vehicles). The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
