In Kherson region, 2 people were killed and 6 others injured due to Russian shelling

Over the past day, two people were killed and six others injured due to Russian shelling in the Kherson region.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Over the past day, the following settlements were under enemy drone terror, airstrikes, and artillery shelling: Stanislav, Dudchany, Beryslav, Chervonyi Mayak, Tomyna Balka, Khreshchenivka, Shevchenkivka, Urozhaine, Nadiivka, Tarasa Shevchenka, Bilozirka, Mykhailivka, Mykilske, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Shyroka Balka, Vysoke, Novovorontsovka, Osokorivka, Darivka, Honcharne, Sadove, Sofiivka, Dniprovsk, Kizomys, Mykolaivka, Vesele, Zmiivka, Komyshany, Odradokamianka, Poniativka, and the city of Kherson.

Russians targeted critical and social infrastructure as well as residential areas of the region’s settlements, damaging 2 apartment buildings and 17 private houses. Additionally, the occupiers destroyed outbuildings and private vehicles.

During the nighttime drone attack, Air Defence Forces destroyed 2 Shahed-131/136 drones over the region’s territory.
