The city prosecutor’s office reported that in the video recording capturing the moment of the Russian UAV strike on a kindergarten in Kharkiv, a municipal worker can be seen running near the explosion’s epicenter.

The footage obtained by the prosecutor’s office shows a municipal worker near the impact epicenter at the moment of the explosion.

As a result of this attack, a 42-year-old man, who is reportedly known to be a municipal worker, died.

The kindergarten building was partially destroyed due to the strike, and a fire broke out.

 48 children who were in the facility were evacuated to shelter in time and were unharmed.
