TSN journalist Dmytro Svyatnenko confirms information about a new strike on a military formation.

Among the casualties is his brother. The military personnel were gathered at the parade ground for an award ceremony.

«They gathered the most worthy. The best pilots and infantrymen of the brigade. Attendance was mandatory. In an open area. A ballistic missile struck. A story of irresponsibility (or negligence) has repeated itself», - Svyatnenko notes.
