The situation in the Pokrovsk area remains critical, reports DeepState.

According to the public channel, the Russian army «continues to build up its forces in the city, where its presence is constantly recorded».

At the same time, as noted by DS, a gradual capture of the city is taking place, with Russians «already controlling territory, setting up positions, creating points for accumulating forces, and managing their logistics to infiltrate the city».

«The enemy also seeks to establish control over the territory between Pokrovsk and Hryshyne, while simultaneously trying to reach the latter. In this area, special groups are actively conducting sweeps, as this is the most critical logistics section in Pokrovsk. However, this does not address the key issue — blocking the enemy on the southern approaches to prevent their infiltration into the city. Given that the Russians are already entrenching themselves there and taking control of the territory, this opportunity is essentially lost», — the channel reports.

«The situation remains extremely tense. If in the context of Pokrovsk we are talking about a gradual capture of the city, then Myrnohrad is simply being cut off from the outside world, and its loss will be the most painful among all major cities, as it will be captured without even being properly secured», – adds DeepState.
