The wife of a Monobank co-owner turned out to be a "black" notary: document

The wife of the co-owner of Monobank, founded by the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Dmytro Dubilet, Oleg Gorokhovsky, who works as a notary, registered an illegal document.

This was reported on Facebook by journalist Svitlana Kryukova, showing a photo as confirmation. 

Interestingly, the Minister of Justice Denys Malyuska announced that he would devote all holidays to combating "black" registrars and notaries. According to Kryukova, he does not need to go far to find such violators.

"The point is that one of these ’black’ notaries turned out to be the wife of one of the co-owners of Monobank, who is a partner of the digitalized minister Dubilet – Oleg Gorokhovsky. Almost my namesake T.V. Kryuchkova," wrote the journalist.

The woman certified the minutes of a shareholders’ meeting of the Central Department Store in Dnipro, which, according to Kryukova, never took place.

"And then they decided to somehow implement the forged protocol in the Pyatykhatky District State Administration of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Dear Minister, call Dubilet and ask him to set his partner and his wife in order," summarized the journalist.
