The construction company Integral-Bud and Denys Komarnytskyi were caught in a new corruption scheme

The DABI Department in the city of Kyiv issued LLC "Construction Company Integral-Bud" an illegal, as we believe, construction permit in Pryladny Lane, 10, where, by the way, two out of nine residential buildings have already been built.

We should clarify that the company is overseen by the well-known developer and friend of Klitschko, Denys Komarnytskyi, and the owner is former MP Volodymyr Zubyk. Let us remind you, that a residential complex is being constructed in Pryladny Lane, 10, as evidenced by real estate sale websites and the project’s website — RC "Akadem-Kvartal".

This is a project by "Integral-Bud" company, which includes 9 buildings ranging from 16 to 24 floors. By mid-summer, two such buildings had already been constructed. At the same time, back in 2017, the developer informed the Kyiv DABI about the start of construction work from the reconstruction of existing production premises, stating that the consequences class was CC1 (minor), which, let us remind you, does not correspond to 24-floor residential buildings, as by law residential buildings over four floors cannot be classified as CC1.

Construction company Integral-Bud and Denys Komarnytskyi But even having notified about the construction work, it does not grant the developer the right to build multi-apartment residential buildings. Accordingly, according to data from the State Register of Court Decisions, the State Bureau of Investigations has already launched a criminal investigation from 03.05.2019 on the fact of abuse of office by officials of the Kyiv City Council, KCSA, and DABI of Ukraine during 2017-2019. As stated in the case materials, the above-mentioned authorities committed unlawful actions in the interests of LLC "Construction Company Integral-Bud", JSC "Kyiv Experimental Plant ’Coal’", and LLC "Thermogalvanic Plant", aimed at illegal development of plots in Pryladny Lane, 10 (RC "Akadem-Kvartal") and Prospekt Peremohy, 67 (RC "Nyvky Park") in Kyiv.
