The expensive life of Kyiv converter Ihor Stakovychenko (Stakan)
Tax evasion and money laundering schemes have gained maximum momentum in Ukraine. The schemes have been launched and are being covered by the tax authorities. They have collected a pool of conversion centers that work successfully and without interruption.
The tax minimization schemes are covered, no matter how strange it may sound, by the head of the tax department Yevhen Oleynikov and the minister of economy Oleksiy Lyubchenko. This can only happen in our country. Those who have to collect taxes - helps to avoid taxation.
One of the biggest converters of Ukraine and the capital is Kyiv lawyer Ihor Stakovychenko, who has the criminal nickname "Stakan". Previously, the mass media had already published about his converter activity. The office of one of the largest converters of Ukraine is located in the very business center of the capital, on the 8th floor of the IQ Business Center.
The scheme for tax optimization by converters is standard, controlled transit-conversion and fictitious enterprises provide services for the formation and sale of fictitious tax credit and VAT. Documentary coverage of non-commodity transactions regarding the illegal formation of a tax credit is provided to enterprises of the real sector of the economy. The total turnover of the "Stakan"s conversion center is more than 40 billion hryvnias per year. Tax minimization services through "Stakan" are used by companies involved in "Great Construction". Therefore, the law enforcement agencies have no complaints against Stakovychenko’s converter.
Below is a small list of companies of the Stakovychenko conversion center in Kyiv.
Ihor Stakovychenko is one of the first converters after the Maidan. He managed to loot so much that he started buying and building elevators, opening restaurants in the city of Kyiv. By the way, Stakovychenko owns one of the most expensive elite restaurants in Kyiv - Villa Riviera near the yacht club in Osokorky. You can say about him with a phrase from an anecdote: I can tell you about how I earned the first 10 million, but I don’t remember how I earned the first million.
A rich life often destroys the roof and people start making expensive purchases. This is what happened with the converter Stakovychenko. A year ago, he bought a Leopard 51 Powercat premium yacht for $1 million. It is located and serviced on the territory of the elite yacht club in Osokorky in the city of Kyiv.
These are not all the luxuries that the converter has received in recent years. He owns a house in Koncha Zaspa. The house has an area of more than 800 square meters. On the territory of 50 hectares, there is a guest block, a security zone, and staff quarters. The plot of land overlooks the lake. The price of such housing starts at 3 million dollars.
Such a luxurious life of the converter Stakovychenko was paid for by honest taxpayers. And such officials as Oleynikov and Lyubchenko cover him from law enforcement agencies and receive their percentage of honestly looted funds from the budget of Ukraine. The social bodice promised by President Zelenskyy works so far only for such criminals as Ihor Stakovychenko "Stakan".
