The supervisory board of Kyivmiskbud Holding Company has appointed Vasyl Oliynyk as president. He has been linked to Vladyslava Molchanova, the owner of Stolytsia Group, who was accused of raiding the company.

The press service of Kyivmiskbud reported on the appointment. "The Supervisory Board of Kyivmiskbud HC has appointed Vasyl Oliynik to the position of Chairman of the Board - President of the company," the statement said.

It is noted that Oliynik has been working in the construction industry for 43 years, "has extensive experience as a builder and manager." "As the head of the board and president, Vasyl Oliynik sees his primary task as developing, together with the Supervisory Board, a plan to resume the company’s work, restarting the construction of facilities in stages of several complexes. Currently, Kyivmiskbud has almost 1.5 million square meters of housing under construction - 22 residential complexes with more than 100 houses of varying degrees of readiness," the company said. They clarified that funds from state financial institutions and specialized companies, such as Ukrfinzhilya and state banks, will be attracted to restart the facilities, which is already being negotiated.

At the same time, from 2011 to 2018, Oliynik headed the large general contracting organization Monolit Stroyservis, from 2018 to 2024 - Spetsstroy-monolit. These companies built the residential complexes Varshavsky Mikrorayon, Hoffmann House, Galaktika, SEVEN, Lipinka and others. All these residential complexes were built under the development of Vladislava Molchanov’s Stolytsia Group.

Also, according to media reports, the companies built the Retroville shopping center and were key partners of Novus in the construction of supermarkets, also owned by Molchanova’s structures and Lithuanian businessmen. In addition, Oliynyk is involved in the construction of a house between the lakes Tyagly and Nebrezh, where the city community is seeking to create the "Ecopark "Osokorky".

Journalists say Molchanova "has the most stable position among developers" in Kyiv due to her influence on the deputies of the Kyiv City Council. In particular, she was an official sponsor of the Batkivshchyna party, and her business partner Denys Moskal heads the standing commission of the Kyiv City Council on environmental policy.
