There are new changes in the Armed Forces of Ukraine: Naev was fired and more

President Vladimir Zelensky has made new changes in the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, the head of state replaced the commanders of the Joint Forces and Airborne Assault Forces.

This became known from the relevant presidential decrees .

Thus, the president dismissed Sergei Naev from the post of Commander of the Joint Forces of the AFU. Yuri Sodolya was appointed to this post.

In addition, Zelensky replaced the commander of the Air Assault Troops of the AFU. This position was held by Maxim Mirgorodsky. Igor Skibyuk became the new commander.

A new commander of the Territorial Defense Forces was also appointed. The post was given to Igor Plahuta.
