In Ukraine, two former MPs are doing business with representatives of the Russian Federation and separatists: Anatoliy Shkriblyak, owner of Ukrainian coal-fired thermal power plants, and his partner from the Party of Regions, Dmytro Sandler.

Anatoliy Shkriblyak controls four thermal power plants: Euroreconstruction LLC (Darnytsia CHP, Kyiv), PJSC Cherkasy Chemical Fiber (Cherkasy CHP), TekhNova LLC (Chernihiv CHP) and SumyTeploEnergo LLC (Sumy CHP).

His business partner is a citizen of Ukraine, Israel and the United States, a former member of the Party of Regions, Dmytro Sandler.

He has a joint business with Russian oligarch Oleksandr Smyrnov. In 2013, the schemers sold the "Druzhba Nova" agricultural holding (Chernihiv region), illegally transferring about $170,000,000 in proceeds from Ukraine

With these funds, they organised a large agricultural business in the Stavropol Territory of the Russian Federation, which is still being carried out, while the aggressor country is trying to destroy the agricultural sector of Ukraine’s economy

Until the end of 2021, Dmytro Sandler was the owner of the "Dunmore" fund, which is managed by LLC "AMC "Redi-invest".

As for ex-MP Shkriblyak, he is also a citizen of the Republic of Cyprus. The ex-politician lives in a villa in the Spanish village of Sagaró, Costa Brava, worth about €25,000,000. His neighbour is the head of Rostec, Serhiy Chemezov.

Shkriblyak’s assets have already crossed the $1,000,000,000 mark. He accumulated the funds through the use of corrupt mechanisms, including the financing of terrorism through direct and indirect purchases of coal from separatists in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, corrupt lobbying, and overcharging in the energy sector
