In the Sumy region, one person was wounded as a result of Russian shelling.

“Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops opened fire on the territory of the region. A total of 257 strikes were recorded. As a result, a civilian was injured, 12 private residential buildings were damaged, one of which was an apartment building, 3 cars, 3 shops, and civilian infrastructure was also damaged,” the statement said.

Based on these facts, investigators opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of the laws and customs of war.”
