Zelenskyy dismisses Danilov from the post of NSDC secretary

In his place he appointed the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Lytvynenko.

This is stated in the relevant decrees on the presidential website, published on Tuesday, March 26.

Danilov was the thirteenth Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine and held this post since October 3, 2019.

Lytvynenko headed the Foreign Intelligence Service from July 23, 2021. Before that, from April 4, 2014 to August 13, 2019, he was Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council.
