ISW: Occupants make slight progress in Kreminna area, positional fighting near Bakhmut
Russian occupants made minor gains near Kreminna and near Robotyno in Zaporizhzhya. The invaders also made some progress in the Krynok area, where the Ukrainian bridgehead is located on the left bank of Kherson.

Analysts noted that the Russian occupation forces are making little progress near Kreminna: footage published on April 10 confirms a slight advance of the invaders east of Ternov.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on April 11, the Russians made unsuccessful attempts to attack near Terny, and no enemy assaults were recorded in the Kupyansk direction.
Positional battles took place the day before and in the Bakhmut direction: there there were no confirmed changes in the front line.
The fighting continued in the area of Verkhnekamianske, Vyimka and Rozdolivka.

Russians are currently making special efforts to capture the town of Chasiv Yar. Geolocation footage from 10 April confirmed that the occupiers were advancing west of Ivanivske along the T0504 road (Bakhmut-Chasiv Yar).
Meanwhile, Russian propagandists claimed that the occupation forces continued attacks on the eastern outskirts of the city (Kanal neighbourhood) and near Bohdanivka.
Positional fighting took place near Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske and Klishchiyivka.
In the Avdiivka sector on 11 April, there were positional fighting with no confirmed advance by either side. Although Russian propagandists claimed that the occupation forces had advanced 2.5 km between Yasnobrodivka and Umanske, reached the southeastern outskirts of the latter settlement and captured half of Semenivka, analysts found no evidence of this.
Positional fighting continued in the area of Novokalynove, Keramik, Novobakhmutivka and Berdychiv, near Umanske and Semenivka, as well as near Pervomayske and Netailove.
The Russians also boasted about the alleged advance of the occupation forces on 11 April in Novomykhailivka near Donetsk. There is no confirmation of this yet.

However, at the junction of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhya regions, as of 9 April, according to geolocation footage, the invaders managed to make a small advance near Urozhayne. And the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported several enemy attacks repelled by the Ukrainian Defence Forces near Staromayorsk.

Geolocation footage from 9 April also showed a slight advance by Russians in the area of Robotyne. Positional fighting took place near this settlement and northwest of Verbove.

The situation on the left bank of the Kherson region remains complicated. According to ISW, based on geolocation data from 11 April, the occupiers advanced near the Ukrainian bridgehead in the Krynok area. They have also had some success on the islands on the Dnipro River: the occupiers were spotted on the southern part of Velyky Potemkinsky Island, located north of the temporarily occupied Hola Prystan.
On 11 April, positional battles continued on the left bank of the Kherson region, in particular near Krynky.
The analysts also cited a statement by the spokesperson for the South military command, Nataliya Humenyuk, who said that Ukrainian soldiers were killing or wounding about 60% of the Russian assault groups trying to attack the Ukrainian bridgehead.
Meanwhile, on 11 April, Russia complained that Ukrainian "subversive reconnaissance groups" tried to land on the left bank of the Kherson region (on the Tendra Spit near Skadovsk) and on a drilling platform in the Black Sea. According to the FSB, both attempts were allegedly repelled.
