This is a declaration of war - Israeli President on Iran attack

“This is a declaration of war,” the Israeli president said, commenting on the Iranian attack.

Herzog noted that Israel is now “considering all options” for responding to the attack, but is not seeking war.

"Now, because we are restrained, and because we know the consequences, and because we are discussing this with our partners, we are considering all options, and I am confident that we will take the necessary steps to protect and defend our people. We are not looking for war." – he emphasized.

According to the Israeli president, the Iranian attack was another example of how Iran is spreading chaos, terror and instability throughout the world.

"It’s time for the world to confront this evil empire in Tehran and make it clear to the Iranian regime that this cannot be ignored, that this is unacceptable," Herzog added.
