Ukraine produced 10 Bohdana self-propelled howitzers in April
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this. He released a daily report on the situation in Ukraine.
In particular, the president was informed about the arrival of equipment and ammunition. And also about their distribution among combat and staffing of reserve brigades.
“The share of our own production is constantly growing. The state concludes serious, long-term contracts with our enterprises, which provide predictability, the opportunity to recruit people and attract investments. Already this month, our industry is producing 10 Bogdan self-propelled guns for the first time, in May and beyond - even more, - Zelenskyy said.
There was also a report by Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi on the current situation on the battlefield and the results of the strike on Russian targets in Crimea. The President emphasized that the occupiers suffered painful losses. Also, according to intelligence reports, after Ukraine’s actions in the Black Sea, Russia is moving ships, including Kalibr carriers, to the Caspian Sea.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported to Zelenskyy on the completion of the search and rescue operation in Chernihiv and the elimination of the consequences of night shelling by drones. It was also important to discuss methods of combating Russian propaganda television signals in border regions.
“It’s a difficult technical task, but we have our own developments that can cope with it,” the head of state concluded.
