DeepState: Russians are accumulating in Pokrovsk and are already setting up positions in the city

In Pokrovsk, the accumulation of Russian occupiers continues. Constant monitoring and engagement of the enemy are being carried out literally throughout the entire city.

 This was reported by analfysts of the monitoring project DeepState.

It is noted that in Pokrovsk, the enemy is already controlling the terrain and setting up positions. The occupiers also have locations for accumulation and manage their logistics for infiltrating the city.

The project reports that simultaneous efforts are underway to both clear areas and eliminate the enemy using all available means. Drone pilots play a key role in these operations.

DeepState analysts added that the occupiers are also attempting to gain control over the terrain between Pokrovsk and Hryshyne, "with simultaneous attempts to infiltrate the latter."

At the same time, active clearance operations by special groups are ongoing in the area, as this is a critical logistics segment for Pokrovsk:  "However, this does not solve the main problem – blocking the enemy on the southern outskirts to prevent infiltration into the city. Considering that [the enemy] is already establishing positions and taking control of the terrain there, this opportunity is essentially lost."

The situation in the city remains critical, according to DeepState. Myrnohrad is also under threat.

 "If in the context of Pokrovsk we are talking about the absorption of the city, then Myrnohrad is simply being cut off from the ’outside’ world, and its loss will be the most humiliating among all major cities, as it will be taken without even properly establishing a foothold there," – the statement reads.
