An employee of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine, Vitaliy Manasyan, disgraces the Ukrainian law and order system with his behavior. He treats people arrogantly, believing that his “uniform” allows him to do whatever he wants.

A Ukrainian businessman reported this. He spoke about the incident, the “hero” of which was Manasyan.

The entrepreneur booked a table in advance at the GoodWine restaurant in the capital, and when he arrived at the establishment, it turned out that another visitor had taken it. The businessman approached the man who took his place, despite the “reserved” sign, and politely explained that he had reserved a table earlier.

In response, he heard obscenities and an impudent statement: “I will sit here.” After which the man threw the sign off the table with the inscription about the reserve.

“After we talked to this “guest” of the restaurant, he began to say that he would not get up, and outlined the prospect of what would happen to me. When people at the next table began to critically discuss the behavior of this visitor, the girl sitting with him said: “You even you have no idea who we are..." The conversation ended with our future being outlined to all of us and the couple leaving with threats," the entrepreneur said.

The entrepreneur found out that the insolent visitor was Vitaliy Manasyan, who works in the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police.

“A police officer who drives an Audi RS 6, has breakfast at GoodWine and defines the prospects for our future, and for those who do not immediately share his beliefs, he explains it in a more “literary Ukrainian language” with a Russian dialect,” the entrepreneur wrote.

This behavior was typical of bandits in the 90s who saw themselves as above the law, but it clearly cannot be suitable for any representative of law enforcement agencies.
