BES, the day before, made all the necessary control purchases of both Duty Free cigarettes and other products of smugglers, but Tkachuk is trying to make it impossible to establish a connection between these lines and manufacturers of illegal cigarettes.

Detectives say Tkachuk is clearly playing in the interests of smugglers.
