Only 2% of people who received summonses come to the TRC - military

Volodymyr Hrenyukh, an employee of the Shevchenkivskyi RTRC in Lviv, said that out of 100% of people who received summonses, only 2% come to the TRC.

Sometimes they tell us - why should I go? We try to act in such situations so as not to harm either ourselves or the person liable for military service. Everyone must go defend their country. We have already been there; we left our health and some, their lives, in the war.
