The head of the board of NEC Ukrenergo, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, spoke about this on the air of “Breakfast with 1+1”.

He explained under what conditions it will be possible to avoid emergency shutdowns applied yesterday, June 4.

“If our colleagues invest in the limits that we determine for this day, then the outages will be planned. But the deficit is quite significant, so the duration of these outages, unfortunately, can also be significant. It can be 4 hours, it can be more.” ,” noted Volodymyr Kudrytskyi.

He also added that a significant shortage is observed during rush hour - in the morning and evening. At the same time, he said, “day and night the situation with the deficit is less acute.”
