Due to the adopted mobilisation law, the number of young men among those liable for military service has increased, - MP
Oleksandr Fediyenko, MP from the Servant of the People party and member of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defence and Intelligence, said that the mobilisation law had increased the number of young men liable for military service.
As one of the leaders of the military training center told me, over the past month, conscripts have been mobilized, who are quite highly rated in the training centers. I won’t say that this is widespread, but at least I have such feedback, I can refer to it. If earlier, relatively speaking, there were practically only pensioners, now, as I understand it, it’s more young people,” he said in an interview with Telegraph. “The results of the first month of mobilization in a new way: there are more young people in the TRC, and There are fewer pensioners."
Also, according to his information, the number of citizens liable for military service who come to update their data has increased from TRC employees.
“The percentage of those who come to get a reservation legally has increased: a father of three children, a person with a disability or an employee of a critical enterprise,” Fedienko added.
In the near future, parliament will work out some changes to the law on the reservation of workers of critical enterprises.
“The problem is that enterprises of the military-industrial complex have employees who go to the TRC to update their credentials, and they are mobilized. And the work of this enterprise stops, the implementation of defense contracts stops. We will regulate this issue,” the deputy announced.
