Russian occupants remain blocked at the aggregate plant in Vovchansk, Kharkiv region. The invaders are trying to break in.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the speaker of the Operational-Tactical Group of Troops "Kharkiv" Yuriy Povkh on Radio Liberty .

As the speaker noted, since the beginning of the day, the Russians have launched two attacks in the Vovchansk area, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are confronting the enemy.

He confirmed that Russian troops remain at the aggregate plant in Vovchansk and the occupiers are blocked. At the same time, the speaker did not name the number of Russian invaders who remain at the plant.

“This enclave remains blocked by the Ukrainian Defence Forces... They (other Russian forces - ed.) are trying to get through there, one of the directions in Volchansk is right in the direction of the plant. They make attacks, but our Defence Forces repel them.” , said Povkh.

What local authorities say

According to the head of the Kharkiv RMA Oleh Syneihubov, the situation in Vovchansk is “changeable”, there are street battles there. He noted that several dozen occupiers were blocked at one of the industrial enterprises in the city.
