On June 26, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Law No. 3783-IX (Bill 11143) amending some laws of Ukraine on improving the procedure for maintaining military records. The TRC will be able to see in the Oberih Register information about the enforcement proceedings opened against the draft dodger and information about the unpaid fine. The Judicial and Legal Newspaper writes about this.
Now the TRC, as the body administering and maintaining the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons liable for Military Service and Reservists “Oberih”, will be able to see in this register data on the enforcement proceedings opened regarding the draft dodger and information on bringing him to administrative responsibility for violating the rules of military registration and mobilization legislation.
As noted, according to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 559, the military registration document of conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists in electronic form is the reflection in electronic form of information about a citizen of Ukraine contained in the Oberih register, as well as information about an appeal or notification of an administrative or criminal offense to the National Police.
The signed law expands the list of information that will be entered into the “Oberih” register. Namely, it will contain information about bringing to administrative responsibility for committing an administrative offense provided for in Articles 210, 210-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (date, number, summary of the protocol and/or resolution on an administrative offense), as well as information about forced execution of the decision in relation to the debtor (details and information of the writ of execution).
