Dmytro Adamovskyi cleans the Internet of his criminal biography

After the name of Dmytro Adamovskyi surfaced in the context of the theft of fuel for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a global purge of the Internet began.

Adamovskyi is particularly careful to clean up the traces leading to the notorious Trade Commodity company, which has been implicated in the supply of fuel to the army at inflated prices and numerous lawsuits in which it is a defendant. There is another topic that Dmytro Adamovskyi is trying to clear up - publications about his Russian business and ownership of several companies in Crimea, which were re-registered after its annexation under Russian law.

Dmytro Adamovskyi is the son of the very odious Andriy Adamovskyi, who is known for the raider seizure of the Art Mall in Kyiv and the most scandalous development of the historic Podil district. He is also a key defendant in a criminal case on embezzlement of funds from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, which was opened in 2018. The NABU and the SAPO accused him of organising a criminal scheme to supply fuel to the Armed Forces at inflated prices, resulting in losses to the state of UAH 149 million. This scandal is better known by the name of the company Trade Commodity, which was a key player in the scheme. The criminal case, as expected, ended in nothing, while Andriy Adamovskyi was ranked 63rd in the Forbes list with a net worth of $93 million.

His son, Dmytro Adamovskyi, was on the periphery of this story, but he nevertheless appeared in the schemes organised by Adamovskyi senior in complicity with such odious personalities as Oleksandr Hranovskyi and Vladyslav Yakubovskyi.

It would seem that there is no reason to clean up this old story. The criminal case ended in nothing, six years have passed, the government has changed, and the main person involved was not Dmytro Adamovskyi, but his father?

It turns out that it was. Because Dmytro Adamovskyi started supplying food to the army at war. More precisely, this is done by a company whose beneficiaries include Dmytro Adamovskyi. On 10 June 2024, the State Logistics Operator announced that it had signed contracts for the supply of food worth a total of UAH 17 billion. Among those who will share this money is Trade Granite Invest LLC.

And it was easy to guess what happened immediately after the publication - the press published materials that clearly showed the connection between Trade Granite Invest LLC and the Adamovski family. The beneficiary is a certain Yuliya Pavlichenko:

However, it turned out that Yuliya Pavlichenko was one of the founders of the Ukrainian Locomotive Construction Company LLC. And if you look at her registration data, you can understand why Dmitry Adamovsky is so concerned about cleaning up the Internet. Because here is the whole set of our heroes:

Director Vladyslav Yakubovskyi, who was involved in the criminal case against Trade Commodity together with Andriy Adamovskyi. The same Yakubovskyi and Dmytro Adamovskyi, who own the fund in equal shares, are hiding behind Eurasia Investment Company LLC:

It is clear that neither Yakubovskyi nor Adamovskyi need these publications - they risk losing a lot of money from supplying the army. That’s why the purge began.

But, in addition to this, an even more unpleasant story surfaced - the story of Dmytro Adamovskyi’s Russian citizenship and business in the occupied Crimea. This, in conjunction with the criminal trail of Trade Commodity, does not add to the prospects for another theft of supplies for the army.

As it turned out, from 2016 to 2019, Dmytro Adamovskyi was the founder of Krym-Aromat LLC, registered in the "subject of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Crimea":

Interestingly, Krym-Aromat LLC is the legal successor of Krym-Aromat Limited Liability Company, registered in 2014. Pay attention to its founders:

Dmytro Adamovskyi had no doubt that he would re-register the Ukrainian LLC Krym-Aromat, registered in Kyiv, in the occupied Crimea under Russian law. And the occupiers have no doubt that they will transfer the authorised capital from hryvnias to rubles. Moreover, judging by his TIN, Dmytro Adamovskyi is a citizen of the Russian Federation.

But what is more interesting is that the exit from the business in Russia was purely formal - Dmytro Adamovskyi simply re-signed it over to fictitious persons. Firstly, there is Vyacheslav Lukashenko, who was transferred to Krym-Aromat LLC. The company, by the way, is successfully operating and earned 24 million rubles last year:

It is registered as Krymbud-2012 LLC, which builds houses in Yalta. However, the company is not doing well - it earned only 1.2 million rubles last year.

Another Russian "pound" of Dmytro Adamovskyi is Mykhailo Andreyev, to whom Adamovskyi’s 81.21% stake in Krym-Aromat LLC was initially transferred. Andreev is a nominee in AIC Avsen LLC, which sells vegetables in the Bakhchisaray district. As you can see, the company is doing very well - it has earned almost 45 million rubles.

The other firms where Mykhailo Andreyev was believed to be the founder - SSS LLC and Marine Investment Union LLC - apparently did not do well and had to be liquidated:

It is not known whether this is due to the fact that Dmytro Adamovskyi moved to Canada or focused on thefts in the Ministry of Defence’s tenders. But his business in Russia is clearly on the decline. This was probably the reason for his return to his homeland. In addition, all of the Trade Commodity defendants - Vladyslav Yakubovskyi, Andrii Adamovskyi and Oleksandr Hranovskyi - were allowed back into the budget. More precisely, to plunder it, in which they have vast experience.

Whether the massive cleansing of the criminal trail that stretches behind these three will help Dmytro Adamovskyi continue to profit from the supply of low-quality products to the Ukrainian Armed Forces will become clear in the near future. But he seems to believe in success.
