The head of the Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochko, reported on the consequences of the war crime to the Russian army on Telegram . The official clarified that rescuers removed the body of an elderly man from under the rubble - during the shelling he received injuries incompatible with life.

Doctors diagnosed the woman with concussion, explosive and closed craniocerebral trauma. She received the necessary assistance on the spot.
