General Staff confirms strike on Atlas oil depot in Rostov region

One of the strikes hit the Atlas oil depot in the Rostov region of Russia, causing a fire to break out in the facility’s vertical tanks. Fire trains were called in to deal with the aftermath of the fire.

The operation was carried out by units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in cooperation with other components of the Defence Forces.

There are also reports of strikes on the Zenit oil depot in the Kirov region and a field artillery depot of the Russian troop grouping Zapad in the Voronezh region of Russia. Details regarding the consequences of these strikes are being clarified.

The Ukrainian Defence Forces continue to take measures to destroy the military-economic potential of the Russian invaders and stop Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine.
