Military spending in Ukraine in 2025 may remain at the level of the current year.

This conclusion can be drawn from the presented draft law on the state budget for the upcoming year.

The document states that total expenditures on the defense sector will amount to 2.22 trillion hryvnias. Of this amount, almost half — 1.1 trillion — will be allocated for salaries, and about 575 billion will go towards the production, procurement, and repair of military equipment.
