Yesterday, the Ministry of Defence of Russia announced the capture of the village of Ostrivske, located east of Kurakhove.

Deep State reports that the eastern part of the village was captured, while the rest of the territory is in the "gray zone".

A Ukrainian military officer with the call sign "Muchnyi" reports that Russian airborne forces have already landed on the western outskirts of Ostrivske. He considers this a threat to the encirclement of the neighboring Maksymilianivka, which is also under attack by Russian forces.

"Now they will advance near the Vovcha River and southward through the plantations to Vulytsia Skhidna. It is necessary to hold them here until full control of the village is achieved, so our forces can withdraw from Maksymilianivka, as the retreat will be complicated by the fields, the situation is extremely difficult," the military officer wrote.
