The Ministry of Justice explained how fines from evaders will be forcibly collected if not paid voluntarily within 15 days.

After this period, the fine imposition order is transferred for enforcement to the state enforcement service at the offender’s place of residence, work, or location of their property.

The state executor submits an application for the collection of the debtor’s funds and property. Initially, there will be attempts to withdraw funds from the account. If there are none, the property may be seized.
